•    Don’t rush for shopping of foodstuffs in NZ without reading calories information on the packets. Do compare low calories variety with products having full calories to know how many calories you are actually saving.

•    Planning meals is good so that you have plenty of vegetables included in your diet chart. Just make salads for lunch and get some nice containers for taking food to work.
